Community Arts Partners

We serve as the home base for a dozen community arts groups, the “big stage for little kids” in the Lebanon School District, and presenter of a diverse array of national and international touring artists.

Throughout the year, a range of beloved community arts groups and the Lebanon School District (“the big stage for little kids”) set up residence at LOH. Our house becomes their home and we’re proud to uphold a 98-year-commitment to supporting community participation in the arts.

No matter the artist’s age or level of experience, they all have the opportunity to perform on a professional stage with expert technicians and state-of-the-art equipment. Both on- and off-stage, participants receive mentoring by LOH staff who emphasize quality technical production and professionalism.

CITY CENTER BALLET
City Center’s artistic team combines the talents of Upper Valley students with international guest artists to produce large-scale productions at LOH.

THE DANCE COLLECTIVE
Through patient and positive methods, TDC choreographers encourage young dancers to explore their love of movement.

LEBANON SCHOOL DISTRICT/SAU88
LOH provides a safe and professional environment for staging many of the district’s instrumental, vocal, and theater events.

NORTH COUNTRY CHORDSMEN
The Upper Valley’s resident barbershop-style chorus presents playful programs of a cappella entertainment for audiences of all ages.

NORTH COUNTRY COMMUNITY THEATRE
Since 1973, NCCT has produced quality musicals for adults and young people.

OPERA NORTH
The region’s premier professional summer music festival. Founded in 1982, it is the only full-time professional opera company serving New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.

RAQS SALAAM DANCE THEATER
This group, whose name means “dance of peace and greetings” in Arabic, welcomes performers of all experience levels and backgrounds.

REVELS NORTH
Best known since 1975 for its annual Christmas Revels celebration, Revels North provides year-round multi-generational programming celebrating the power of traditional song, dance, storytelling, and ritual.

TRUMBULL HALL TROUPE
Founded in 2004 to provide kids with a fun, educational theater experience with the added benefit of serving children in need. Each year, the troupe performs a large scale musical with net proceeds donated to charity.

UPPER VALLEY COMMUNITY BAND
A proud part of the region’s musical heritage, UVCM’s musicians perform at parades and seasonal events, including twice-yearly concerts on the LOH stage.

UPPER VALLEY MUSIC CENTER
Expert faculty work with beginner through advanced students and teach programs designed for ages birth through adulthood. One of the Lebanon-based community music school’s resident ensembles (Upper Valley Chamber Orchestra) and members of the Suzuki Program offer public performances at LOH.
