Ordering Tickets

Online

To purchase tickets to an event online select a show from our events calendar or from the list of events coming to the Opera House in the next 30 days on the left. After selecting a show you will return to this page where you may fill in your ticket request form. For other ways to order see below.

In Person

Stop in and visit us the Lebanon Opera House’s friendly box office. We are in the lobby of Lebanon City Hall (first office on the left) and we are open from noon to 5 pm every day, except Saturday and Sunday and those holidays on which City Hall is closed. We are also open starting one hour before performances.

By Phone

If you don’t have time to visit the box office during office hours, give us a call at (603) 448-0400.

Payment

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Online, phone and fax orders must be paid by credit card. We can not reserve seats without payment.

Gift Certificates

We offer Gift Certificates year round. All Gift Certificates are for the amount of your choice and can be redeemed toward any performance ticketed through the Lebanon Opera House Box Office.

Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged between runs of the same show (i.e. changing an evening ticket for the same performance’s matinee) as inventory allows.

Inclement Weather

If an event is presented as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers, and therefore unable to offer refunds. In the unlikely event a show is cancelled, audience members will be notified via email and cancellation notices will also be posted on LOH’s website and Facebook page.

Accessibility

Lebanon Opera House is wheelchair accessible. Use the automatic door on the east side of City Hall, then take the elevator to level 4 for theater access, or 3 for the ticket office and reserved tickets. Don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly ushers for help.

How to Find Us

Lebanon Opera House is at 51 North Park Street, “On the Green” in downtown Lebanon inside City Hall. Click here for driving directions.Parking in Lebanon, especially around the Opera House, is usually fairly easy. There are many spaces around the green, all of which are free during the evenings and weekends, and once that area is full, the parking lot behind City Hall offers plenty of space. And if you don’t mind a little stroll, you can use the parking lot across the mall, next to the Courtyard Pavilion.
